I am a Business owner in Beaumont Ca. On and around March 10th threw 14th I was robbed for a great deal. Another story in itself. Just i payed and had 3 cars picked up by customers. The tow company ran lean sale on other 9 cars. I stopped lean on cars. Tow company took me to court finding was wogful tow. I won. Yet that was on July 29th and now it is Sept 14th and tow yard refuses to relise cars to me with some made up reasons. I have a much larger issue at hand really dont have time to play games with tow yard. I called tow yard friday and told them i wanted to pick up the ones that belong to me. They will not let me have them till i sigh off my customers cars. I can not do that the cars were in my care they should be returned to my care. Plus customers owe me for repairs performed on these cars. After I won in court the tow company started trying to get money from the owners. If I did not owe money then they dont owe money. I wish I had more time to focuse on this issue just dont but this yard is opening doors for some major suits one of the cars belong to a police detective who is just sitting back to see how I handle this issue but he said he will not let the tow company get his car or any other car in the end. Just I have so much already I just need cars back.
