My wife has been asking me the same question every month in reference to a monthly charge of $11.99 from f.Y.E. This monthly charge started during the month of July and it has continue until the present month. Our records indicate that we have not purchase any merchandise from f.Y.E. For that particular amount. We hope to resolve this matter as soon as possible.
