I had a popup on my computer screen and then everything went wild on my computer. A message came up on my computer to fix the problem so I clicked on it and it and downloaded it to fix my computer but it would not fix it unless I bought it so I bought the third option lifetime subscription for $79.95. After paying and running the program I restated my computer and the program had vanished. I tried disputing this with my credit card company and they told me that VideoCaverPro reported back to them and told them that I gave them my credit card # and expiration date along with my 3 digit code and they will not take off the Charge. This not only did damage to my computer but I paid for something I don't have anymore and I am positive it caused the problem in the first place. Anyone else had this problem with not getting money back?
