Our shopping experience with BlueNile, particularly their customer support, was/is terrible.
I bought an Opal and band in 18k white-gold for my spouse for Mom's Day it is our new kids birthstone. Anything went good using the deal and getting of the band, she was happy whenever we offered her the ring on Mom's Evening. Well, she used the band once in awhile to events, meals, chapel, etc. One Saturday at bulk she just-so happened to consider the band and observed the Opal had dropped out, she got that ill sensation in her belly. I informed her to not fear which I'd contact BlueNile very first thing Mon and obtain the band set/substitute since I had been informed BlueNile has exceptional customer support... Boy was I wrong!

And why might we would like them to 'repair' the band again just for the Opal to drop out once more? My spouse does not wish to fear continuously concerning the Opal receding when sporting the band aswell. I will assure if we purchased from the local jeweler we'd not be obtaining the run-around we're obtaining from BlueNile.com at the moment.
