Nelson, Gamble & Associates, as well as, Jackson, Hunter, Morris & Knight, claimed that they would be able to consolidate my debt into one easy payment to help to lower my interest rate that I was paying to a bank.instead, they took the money every month, used it for their own expenses, and paid none of my bills that were due. The excuse that I was given was that they were waiting from a response from the bank, due to a settlement that they were "working" on. The payments of $450.00 that I made every month, over $400.00 of it was going to "customer fees", with no explaination further than that. They basically stole my money and are now causing me to have a garnishment from my boyfriends wages, due to the non payment of the bills that have been due for over a year! There was interest that had been pilling up along with attorney's fees, as well as, court fees, that I am now having to deal with because of their scam. This has not only put severe stress on myself, but also my boyfriend, my family and close friends, due to the lack of funds that I have had because of the worry of paying this "fee" to ensure that I would not end up in this mess. Not to mention that I am on a fixed income due to battling cancer only two years ago, so I am now broke, unable to work, fighting to get what money is mine back to where it belongs. But to have to deal with a bunch of dishonest crooks is something that I never thought I would have had to do. This company and it subsidiaries are nothing but liars, crooks, thieves and out to get all the tax-free money that they can without having anything to show you for it. The amount of stress that I have had to endure is far worse than having the debt that was hanging over my head, now I look back and think that maybe the interest and payments that I had before these crooks "tried to help", wasn't so bad.
