I noticed a $24.95 on my credit card bill in January, then went back and found the same bill in December and November that I had not noticed. I called and talked to "Amy" who said she could not determine where that charge came from, but they were a discount card club and I should have received a packet of information in the mail with a black and silver card in it that can be used to get discounts. I asked that she cancel the card, she assured me that she would and I would not see another bill. I neglected to ask for a refund so called back twice to get an answering service that took my number and assured me that someone from the admin would call me back, still waiting for the call.
