I applied for a loan online and gave my bank account information. Now I have a charge to my account that I did not authorize. Nor did I follow through with the loan. This was the only time I gave out my bank account information online other than PayPal. The bank gave me a contact number for Premier Membership clubs that turned out to be a fax number. I pulled them up online and got the number for their customer service. After holding and finally getting someone she said that all the representatives are busy and that she was just a message taker. She took my information and said that a customer service representative would call me back. I have not heard from them.
The bank gave me a confirmation number of 9690033.
