I placed an order on February 7th. They said it would be shipped in 3-5 days. The money was taken out of my bank account on February 8th. After not receiving it, I tried to contact them through their "contact us" tab... Which did not work. I finally sent an email to [email protected] and they directed me to contact the shipping department. So, I emailed them with my order id# 2866 at [email protected]. They will not return any of my emails. I found a phone number on my bank transaction which is 909-253-7500. I had to leave a message and they have not contacted me. All I want is my money back.
