My order was placed on November 20 and I have yet to receive my order. I placed 2 orders, one was a gift to a friend. There is no contact number for the company and they have not responded to any of my emails. I contacted paypal and my bank and all they have is an email address for the company. When I log into my magazinemaster.com account it says my expected delivery date is between Jan. 15 - February 12 which is why I didn't contact my bank until now, hoping that it would come. Paypal and my bank are unable to refund the transaction because it has been more than time frame they allow for the disputes. I even contaced the webpage designer listed at the bottom of their page to see if they had a contact number for magazine master and they did not. He said he designed the page about five years ago and has gotten several calls from upset customers who have not received their orders. Please do not order with this company!!!
