BULLROARE began charging one of my user's phones in December. So we incurred charges for Dec, Jan, and Feb. However, I am lucky to have an ATT business representative that will refund me the money when things like this happen-partly because the phone is supposed to block all non-voice charges. These are voice only phones so I don't know how they manipulated this charge into the bill.
Not so lucky with my personal phone so I am keeping an eye on that bill closely. Good Luck everyone.
