I had been charged 3 months for a product or services that I have not received. I was checking out a trial offer for $4.99 ONLY!!!
I have contacted my bank regarding these charges, they have asked me to do my best to contact them first before they (Bank) proceed to look into these chaarges. After placing 3 international calls to the number which appears on my account. To my surprize, the 3rd number i received from the customer service representative worked. I was offered a 60 day refund. I received a cancellation number and was promised an email the next day confirming the cancellation. Thanks for this opportunity to say that EBIZPCKG is a legitimate company
