Ought big screen from Fry's Electronics Black Friday. Took them two months to get. When they delivered and I remove top box cover within 5 minute of delivery same location where they left it, found LCD screen smashed in (not just crack). Called Fry's within 5 minutes to report issue and Fry's will not pick up TV but decided submit damage report to Sharp. Another delay and Fry's will do anyting until then, whether they will replace or have TV fixed. Fixing TV is not an option but they need to replace instead. Will submit legal action next week if not resolve with Fry's. DO NOT shop at Fry's at all cost. Stay away like plague outbreak!!!
