We placed an order with A Promotional Outlet online for coasters. The coasters were listed on the website as a set of 4 for $25. So I ordered 5 sets. I had to send them repeated emails regarding this order because it was never coming. I was told 7 days for processing. The order took almost 6 weeks to arrive and when it did I got 5 coasters total. Not 20 or 4 sets like I had ordered. I was also charged an additional $10 and they refused to give me an official invoice even after I asked repeatedly for one. I contacted the company thinking they would rectify the error since it was listed on their website as 4/$25. They admitted that it was listed wrong on the website but refused to provide me with the additional coasters for the original price quoted. I would have never order these coasters if I knew they were $25 each! They offered to send me the rest of the coasters at half price but I can't imagine I would ever get them without getting overcharged some how. Ridiculous. I would never use this company again!
