I filled in a survey and it said as a thank you i recive a free gift but would have to pay post and package and this would cost 2.99 with in 2 days i recived it and taugh no more about it but when i went to get money from my bank and got a min statement it said they had taken 79.99 on the 28th jan and then another 75.00 on the 16th feb i did not authorized this to be taken phone my bank and because i made the 2.99 payment there was nothing i could do i rang nutrascience who said that i signed up and had a 14 day money back garuantee and did not do this so i could not have a refund they said its in there terms and conditions but i did not see or agree to any of this plus there was no recipet or and thing 2 say this in my package only a tub of tablets not even a adress to send them back to and as it said it was a free gift i did not think any more of it. I asked to speak to the management but was told no so i said i would return them as i have not open them but they said it was to late so now i am154.99 out of pocket and cannot afford as i am out of work. I would be most greatfull if anyone could tell me if there is anything more i can do as i feel they should not keep getting away this.
