On January 9th I was ordering an advertised product with the FREE sample of Biosomatic, at £3.95 postage and packing, added. My credit card supplier telephoned before the payment was authorised, to confirm whether I wanted it to proceed. As the payment was to a different country to the one I expected, I denied the authorisation. The "free" sample arrived and I now find I have been charged £69.95 for it and apparently another charge is in my next months statement for goods which I have not received and which will not be accepted if they do come.incidentally, the value for customs declaration is $ 69.95 NOT £. Actual value? £1. The credit card company have put a stop on any future payments and may be able to credit the February charge.
