After applying for a loan online, we got so far through the application and it said we had 2 pay 68.75 for the privilege of receiving the loan in the first place, so we decided against it and cancelled the application. After checking my bank statement we realised they had took the money anyway and still we had no loan. After calling the bank they said they couldnt stop the payment and gave the number for the company that took it and it wasnt even the company that we applied to for the loan, after yet another fone call to the company-yourmoneytv - the receptionist was very unhelpful and hung the fone up on me.
