I tried to order a pair of Ugg Channing boots from this site on 2/12. On 2/13 I received an email saying (with many typos and poor English) that the shoes were out of stock and I could choose something else or get a refund, which I thought was shady because my card shouldn't have been charged for something out of stock. They told me it would be up to a month for my refund to process and by 2/15 the web address was leading to an error message.
