They advertise irs direct deposits then freeze your account because of it. I have faxed all the requested information 15 times with confirmation but they still are telling me that they have not received any information they have done this to do many people that I know and that I have seen complain on these sites. It's sad that they advertise a service just to make a profit off of you money by holding hundreds of thousand dollars so they can profit in stock so for anyone who have had their money stolen by account now I have a direct number to the risk department maybe if tons of people call the front desk they will give our money back and if you would like to file a class action lawsuit contact me at (Personal Info Removed) put account now in the subject line they can't get away with treating people like this.
