December 14th i had enough and finally called sprint and cancelled my internet services. The lady tried talking me in to staying, i refused. Shortly after hanging up i contacted comcast which ive had since 12-17. Well the sprint lady never submitted my request aso therefore im still being charged. Today i recieved a bill for 256.92... Now i called to tell the manager the situation, he said he would not remove the bill because his employee couldnt make a mistake pretty much... Although when i said i ordered comcast immediately after cancelling and would fax him my comcast bills since 12-17, he agreed it wouldnt make sense to continue with sprint[because woman never cancelled my account when i told her too]because i ordered comcast immediately after... Im very upset because if i dont allow them to basically bully me then my credit gets affected!!!
