They charged my checking account the 99.49 (unauthorized) and I bounced 2 checks because of them. When I tried to call, I had to leave a message, I called a second time and the lady asked me my name and phone and the reason I was calling, when I told her, she said someone would get back with me in 48 hours. They hung up on my husband! I am furious! They haven't heard the last of me!
