I ordered an item April 7, received an email from Pet Dynamix for receipt of my order and in the email there is a link you can click on to track your order:
1. The link has nothing about any tracking information whatsoever, so that information was false. 2. I emailed a week later to find out where this package was, then I had to email a second time (they conveniently list no phone number on their website, which should have been a clue NOT to order from them). 3. I get an email from a Suzanne who was at 'a trade show' and could not research it. That was Thu 4/14. I have since sent another email, plus finally tracked their phone number down and left messages — still no response.
This company is not only unprofessional, but their customer service is non-existent. Do NOT order anything from them.
