Was checking my internet banking and saw debit of £79.99 to creamcareskin.com which i had not authorised - it also took me £13 overdrawn! Checked with my bank as to why this had happened as it was a debit card account and therefore does not have an overdraft facility on it so should not have sllowed the transaction - they said they could not help and to contact the company
