My family and i had purchased over $162.00 worth of clothing from vogueboom.com— (now is voguebloom.com —)
i did recieve package after about a month of waiting.
50.00 track suit was ripped in the seam. Seller did not believe me when i told her. So i kept it.: (
2 shirts were fine but one was in a boys size instead of mens.
I contacted seller she said okay send back for exchange or refund
i asked for exchange for larger size because it was a christmas gift.
I had sent back the 2 shirts over a month ago. Told the seller. She still says she has not recieved anything back...
She went back and forth about exchange and refund and after i already payed for the package to be shipped from china to usa. She wanted me to then pay her side of shipping to send back the exchange. (from china to usa) i said no thats not right. I payed 40.00 in shipping so far. To get the package to usa and to exchange shirts and ship back to her buisness. With the address she had given me.
The man jason that took over her website and made it voguebloom.com instead of vogueboom.com. Told me that he will handle it and tell her to send the shirts to be asap. He even gave me an option to pick another item for the same price. Just yesterday he told me this. And not to worry about it. She will send back the shirts. And now today he changed his mind and said to order more clothes off his website and he will throw a free shirt in there. But please pay the 20.00-40.00- shipping again!!!..

I am very very unpleased about this. They have my credit card information and i do not trust them one bit. Please look into this and take this website off the internet. Because the website tells nothing but lies. And it also said when i was purchasing that they accepted any kind of payment. I wanted to use my mastercard for secruity reasons and it would not let me. I had to use my visa which has my whole life savings on it. I do not like nor trust these people. And i spent a lot of money on that site. I want my money back. These people can not be trusted at all. I purchase items from china off ebay.com and other websites daily for over 10 years now. And i always get free shipping or low cost shipping. This vogueboom.com website charges 20.00 shipping. And then they had the nerve to ask me to pay there side of the shipping charge to send me back the right shirts. To me that does not make any since. I get items for free shipping all the time from china and i get 100x better service then i did with ada lin. And the items come within 2 weeks..
