I did not get NEW items as advertised. I sent a dispute. Didn't hear anything. Called. They said they did not receive it. Sent again. They said they did not get the photos. Sent again. Heard nothing

I bid on a box lot of clothing that was supposed to be childrens/juniors shelf-pull clothing. When the box came it was Friday. I saw the items Monday. They were definately NOT shelf-pulls. The clothing was stained/no tags. Some had tags and were new. (3 pair of pants)

The clothing was size 12 and 16 ladies. The shoes had rust stains on them from being wet. I sent a dispute to liquidation and sent them pictures of the defective items. I never got a response. I called liquidation and asked what was happening.

She stated they never received the dispute. She gave me an email site ([email protected]) and told me to resend the dispute as well as send the pictures to the above mentioned site. I did so immediately. It has been 4 days now and I have heard nothing.
