Purchased a pallet of shelf pulls (nice flip flops), used another carrier which is much less expensive. When we go to pick up merchandise, it is still in its original shrink wrap from liquidation.com, but I was not aware that one box was missing, it came to about 1/2 of the merchandise.
Within 48 hours I fax'd their required form the pictures from their site of 3 boxes that I should have received & my pictures of the 2 boxes I did get.
I can't sell the shoes I have because that would alter the amount I claimed and the other 1/2 of some of the pairs is in the missing box. These people do not return calls. The only thing Ebay members can do is get the word out that liquidation.com is an untrustworthy disappointment. Great way to do business, make a sale, ship 1/2, keep the other 1/2, then resell with 1/2 from someone else & their profits just keep going up.
Unless you live in the city where the items are & can go see the merchandise yourself, I would not recommend liquidation.com.
