I had ordered2 items on Dec 5th on the selling out sale and received an email only 2 weeks ago stating a credit would be issued to my account. Nothing has happened, I have NO order, no refund and no communication. There phone is disconnected / they are not even responding via email. I felt sorry for Bill originally and sent a sympathy message regarding his circumstances. Now he can't even give his customers the courtesy of responding to let us all know.
I don't plan on calling Bank of America. That is his job. I will however contact Visa and try a dispute for goods not received, but it is getting pretty late for that. Cathie O'
