The dispute over the items not received has been resolved by Visa crediting my account for $102. Decorative Hardware's customer is non-existant. Calling is not an option as only a message to send an e-mail is the only communication possible. A computer generated e-mail response is only a slight improvement as I received three responses to my numerous inquires. There was no follow through as to where my order was and absolutely no further communication or offer to track the order.
