I responded to an add for a "free" starter kit and a charge of $4.95 for shipping. I just happened to notice that I was charged 119.95 for the kit. I have finally gotten a response from the ripoff cigs company but I am required to send the kit back to secure a refund. There was absolutely nothing in the ad that indicated I would be charged 119.95. I get ecigs from V2Cigs which I am perfectly happy with and for which I have never been charged anything close to 119.95. I thought for 4.95, it couldn't hurt to try another product. I was sadly mistaken. Please do not get ripped off by these unscrupulous people.
