Chase did block my account because they didn't receive one document. Account manager told me through email, I shouldn't worry ; guess what: I got blocked. Then the bank Assistant manager apologize, and After I send them a letter, told me everything (proof by email) was processing (within 48h, like 'they can't do anything to speed up?) to go back to normal Guess what again, it's been a week and we are still at the same point. Never seen such a bad service and such a poor customer care. And. No compensation! Stay away from Chase bank!
