I was at work and I got a call from a very nice man that informed me thaT because I was rebuilding my credit I am being offered a great chance to have a credit card with $2000 limit.in getting this card all I had to do was prove I had a bank account! Wow! What a wonderful oppurtunity to get back on my feet and stabilize! Boy was I wrong. I started getting notices from my bank that I bounced two checks. How could this be? I know I had the money there. Surprise, I did not.
Guardian Financial had taken $250.00 from my account to purchase this so called great oppurtunity. When I tried to call them over and over they are always closed. Just when i am really starting to freak out I finally find them open (after two weeks of constant calling) But where did that friendly guy with the extension go? In his place I had a vindinctive and very nasty woman on the line that when I asked about the money and the presence of the card, her reply, I can see now why nobody bothered to answer you call. What the hell???
I want to know where my HARD EARNED money is, or the card and this woman is acting like this? So I ask to speak to her manager. She does not have one. She is the assistant manager. Ok, I know that sometimes a job with a little power can go to your head. But the last time I checked an assistant manger still has a supervisor! Needles to say that when I explained to her that due to her lack of knowledge of customer serveice, I would like to speak with someone else and really do not care if it is a subordinate, SHE HANGS UP ON ME!
I spend the next 15 minutes calling and calling and FINALLY get a gentleman on the phone and I finally learn the name of the company and am told "good luck at getting your money back, we already have it!" I could not believe what I was hearing. I explained that after a month and a half after my first call I still do not have anything to show for this charge to my account, I was then notified that my card will be cut on October 7th!
Clearly these people have no idea what they are talking about when first it went from 25 shipping days to 25 business days are we not counting any days that fall before or after a weekend and excluding "hunp days"? Stay away fromt them. Scam scam scam scam
