Subscribed thinking I was getting a good deal, but wasn't told I was locked into an agreement. Did not get the magazines I wanted, did not get the voucher nor the Neat Rewards for my troubles. However, did call today and some of my issues were rectified. All together though... Not happy with Edison, but their customer service is good and easy to work with. They have since changed over. Giving them another chance.
