In August I agreed to take 5 magazines of my choice and a form would be sent to let me adjust my selections Ooh, magazines came but not what I chose over the telephone. Now I get sent the junk gossip magazines NOT at my request and have NEVER gotten the letter to change the choice of magazines sent. Now ECA wants me to pay in full or they will ruin my credit. On top of every thing else, there is no site on internet to access Edison Publishing to file a customer complaint or resolve the problem. Talk about putting customers over the pickle barrel and no solution available. So, we shall see what happens since I cannot contact the publisher or agree to make payments on junk magazines that are sold at the check out stands in every store in the USA
