I ordered a Barnes and Nobles gift card on December 2,2011. The instructions said that it could be redeemed on a certain date. On that date, I filled out my address. I should have received the card within 5-7 days. It is now February 13,2012. I still have no card, I have tried to contact them on 10 different occasions and all I get is a recording and on hold for 10 minutes, and then, leave a message and someone will get back with you. I called again today, and after the same hold time and the leave a message, I got that the system is full please try again later. I have never received a call back when I did leave a message. This isn't the only deal that I haven't received yet, I have two others. I don't guess I'll ever see these cards, I guess they just stole my money as well as a lot of others.
