I have also been a victim of this scam. I paid for 4 gift cards back in December and never received them. They list a phone number on their site (972-479-5099), but of course no one ever answers. I was able to leave a voice message last week (no one called me back), but when I called today after listening to hold music for about 5 minutes it goes to a message that says "this system is temporarily unavailable to take your call, try again later, good bye" and then it hangs up on you! Most credit card companies have a time limit on when you can file a dispute so I'm not sure if I can get my money back. What outrages me most is this site is still up and running - it needs to be shut down ASAP.
