Like countless others, in early Dec. I paid for a (Barnes & Noble) gift card. Now it's mid-Feb. & NO CARD or refund are in sight.

Since January, I've repeatedly made phone calls and tried every IVR option they have, from being interested in becoming a business partner, applying for employment opportunities to wanting to speak with a customer service rep. All of their IVR phone options result in their message asking me to leave a voicemail. Not a LIVE human voice anywhere!

Even when the recorded message tells me to hold for a rep, it's a misleading scam. The system keeps me on hold, interrupting to repeat the request for me to hold. Then after about 5 minutes of this, the system either disconnects me or asks me to leave a message. At first, thinking this might've been a fluke, I tried it several times, but always ended with the same result.

Luckily, I used an online secure account number with my Discover card. Since I've reported them to Discover. If Discover doesn't get a satisfactory outcome from Savemore.com, they will take action that may result in serious legal repercussions.

It's repulsive to me that they advertise how ABC, CBS, NBC & Bloomberg tout them. They further defy reality with their posted guarantee:

We stand behind the quality of our deals and our merchants. If you are not 100% satisfied with any SaveMore.com deal, contact us and we will make it right.
Sure, if you can even MAKE contact with them! Talk about adding insult to injury! With so many complaints, it's obnoxious that this site is still up with the opportunity to scam even more people.
