I ordered MagicJack Plus and transfered my phone number to them at a charge of $20.95. On 12/16 I discovered that MagicJack plus didn't work as promised without computer. I returned device. On 12/16 I requested MagicJack to cancel phone # transfer and refund my money. Since then I had many chats on their Website to get my number transfered to my old carrier and also my old carrier had tried many times to get number transfered. They had done nothing. After almost to months of run around they told me via e-mail that have to pay $31.44 to get number ported out. Like a fool and in desperation I paid. Four days have passed since payment and still I am getting the run around. They are runing a scam and fraudulent business. The FBI should investigate this company and put them out of business. I many internet sites you could see a long string of complaints about this company.
