In April of I was arrested. On Dec. 23 I began the expungement process. Your company collected the 'official record' from the law enforcement agency on Feb. 19.
On April 20 my expungement was done, and the law enforcement agency removed the record and mugshot on April 23.
I have gone thru your website and since I am not an attorney or court official, theres is no way, pursuant to your website rules, for me to request removal. For that fact, and the fact that I have lost a job because of it, I have had no choice but to contact usacomplaints.com to try to save my reputation.
Also, pursuant to your website, I am contacting you before the date you can no longer remove mugshots, and will now have the proof.
Please contact me letting me know whether or not you will remove it as "time is of the essence".
I will also be contacting the Highlands County Sheriffs Office and see if they might be able to contact you for removal, since they are the ones you got the information from. I just thought i'd personally try before contacting anyone and everyone who may be able to help.
