Mugshots.com posted arrest records for pictures of my daughter when she was minor and she was arrested in my name. I tried to contact them to get her photo's off of the site, no one would help me. They just told me i had to pay if i wanted them removed. I contact the courts in my state as well as the arresting agency no one would take responsibility for how mug shots got this information. Everyone denied it. I have since had to go to BCIC in my state and get finger printed and get an identity letter proving the arrest was not mine. I sent in in to the jail, after several calls of no one knowing what to do. I had to go to court to get the court record out of my name as well. My daughter was booked into adult jail as me finger printed but yet no one did anything once the prints came back not mine to correct this so that it would not cause me any unneeded harm. Since then it has been hard looking for a job since employers search your name and any negative information on the net that they find the choose the candidate that they find nothing on. I cannot even get in the door to explain for plead my case. This really sucks and i am so sick of it..
