The publisher of this site has images of my husband and posted information to the public claiming that he has an active bench warrant, that he was charged with endangering the welfare of children, and that he is being charged with criminal charges. The information is further from the truth. At one time it was an active case, the case has been dismissed and closed. My husband has no bench warrants, no criminal history past or present, nor was he ever charged with anything.
This site posted the same material multiple times. There are even images that are not my husband with his name on it. Then when i contacted the publisher by email and they are trying to intimidate us into giving our credit card information and extort money to remove the false info and images that are posted. The publisher jokulsa laekur is rude and it seems to be a game to him. This is very traumatic, has caused harm to his reputation and to us in the community.
