My daughter sent away for the free samples for her mother and there was no obligation to make any purchases. The postage of £2.95 and £2.97 were debited from my account on 6th Jan 12. The items were received a few days later without any correspondence and there was not any written agreement or otherwise that subject to ordering the samples she was required to make further purchases. I received my bank statement on 7 Feb and found that on 1st Feb two amounts £74.95 and £79.99 were fraudently taken from my account. How can I get my money back?
