To follow on from my initial complaint have discovered what is I think two email addresses for thes crooks - [email protected] and [email protected]
apparently as it is a distance selling act they have to send you a copy of the agreement in the post if youhave actually signed up for it which has details of the cooling off rights in writing. Get back to these people and quote the act and go to trading standards - tell them that neglecting to send you the cooling off rights in print they are committing a criminal offence.
