I ordered a pair of jeans from what seemed to be the official True Religion website and I received a pair of knock-offs from China a week later with no receipt or way of returning them. They weren't even the pair I ordered! I have been fighting to get my money back ever since and THEY WILL NOT COOPERATE. The only contact information I was given was an email address - [email protected] - but they are just trying to convince me to keep the pants and 'find satisfaction with them.' I'm furious.
