I ordered a free sample in September and since then have been sent (and charged) every month a bottle of a product that I don't want I actually returned it last month but am still being charged 89.66 USD on my bank account. I can't afford that every month especially as I have now been made redundant I have tried cancelling the order but to no avail. I am expecting a full repayment of 537.96 USD in the next 24 hours.
