I never have contacted this company I was checking my account because I new I have enough money in my account to cover certain charges and when I saw my account was overdrafted I check to see what was wrong. This company charged my account 39.95 for a service I never signed up for and now I have along with that a fee for 35.00 for overdraft. I don't know how they got my account number.
