I tried to cancel my 2 year portable wifi agreement when after five failed units were returned and replaced by customer support. I received a bill for $685 when I attempted to try to access the internet while aboard ship and the unit again failed to work. They could not explain how roaming or any rates could apply when data was not transmitted. I paid a negotiated 20% reduction after they sent my bill to a collection agency as I did not want my 800 credit rating to be affected.
