Staples at 1250 Oliver Rd. Fairfield, Ca. 94534 does not have an honorable plan re: defective product. My husband purchased a 60 minutes Tracfone card. The #'s in the back of the card were illegible, and could not be used. Mike, Brad and obnoxious Nicole refused to stand by the store's business transaction. They refused to exchange the card/refund the purchase. They said there was a disclaimer on the back of the product. So, even though Mike had given crappy instructions in the first place, the manager Nicole essentially said tough luck. Brad was a smug, unhelpful person. None of these people deserve employment. There are countless others in the country who would be much better representatives of any business establishment. The customer is no longer right.
