I received an email offering me a job as an auction listing agent. The ad said that upon buying membership access into the website, I would be trained and placed with a company that would give me items to list on ebay for them and that I would make a small percentage off of everything I help sell. Well I bought the program and soon found out that the program was just a collection of videos that show you how to buy and sell on ebay. That is not what I paid for. There was supposed to a 30 day money back guarantee if you're unhappy, but no matter how I try to get the to respond to me to get my money back, they are refusing to acknowledge me. I refuse to let this go past the 30 days without getting my refund. I am going to continue to try to get them to comply, but so far it's been no use. Can you help?
