They processed charge to my American Express account but do not respond about sending me download instructions nor do they respond to any Live Chat requests. Site says they are away and will respond later. Also I requested one program and they show in My Account that I ordered two Microsoft Office 2010 programs, while I have only one computer...
Have advised Amex but feel they are too slow to react.
