I ordered a Northface from this website and it didn't get delivered to my house due to wrong zip code so the post office automatically sent it back to China. So I've been emailing these people asking for my refund and they keep stating that they didn't receive it yet though it got mailed back 3 weeks ago and they keep telling me to be patient! I need to know what you others did to get your money back because I refuse to let them win this battle! This is ridiculous and such a scam!
