Ordered a down vest from this website for my son for Christmas. The writing on the vest was gray (not white) but thought it was fine (not knowing anything). My son wore it for a month and the underarm seam ripped, then a month later the zipper broke. He wore it in a heavy snow and when it dried, the down was all matted in the corners and the stench from it was horrible... Anyone know if NorthFace will help us?
